Elizabeth S. Dana

Elizabeth S Dana is the principal owner of DANA insurance which was formed in 1996.

Beth, as she is known to her friend and colleagues, has worked in the Maryland Health benefits industry for more than 30 years.  Prior to creating her own firm, Beth was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Preferred Health Network.  She also gained industry experience working several years with both Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Metropolitan Insurance. Beth has been involved with numerous professional and nonprofit organizations among them Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, Network 2000, Planned Parenthood of MD, National Federation of the Blind and Rotary Club of Baltimore.  She has also been honored numerous times as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women. Beth’s husband, Eric, runs DANA Insurance & Risk Management, with the help of their son Stephen.

Maria H. Randle

Employee Benefits Specialist

Maria Randle has been with DANA Insurance Services since its inception in 1996. She is involved in all aspects of operation about the firm. Before her relocation from Pennsylvania to Maryland she worked with an international manufacturing firm and assisted the Vice President in analyzing and controlling costs.

Maria is a 1991 graduate of Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Maria Randle started her career in 1995 as a broker representing many carriers and third-party administrators to meet the needs of her clientele best. Maria continues to expand DANA insurance Services as well as her professional knowledge.

She currently resides in Harford County where she is involved with some nonprofit agencies. Maria has been active in a variety of volunteer community activities including St. Margaret Parish, Patterson Mill PTSA, Girl Scouts of Central MD and Destination Imagination.

Maria and her husband Brian live in Bel Air, Maryland and are the parents of two children, Emily and Jack.

Anne L. Kaufhold

Employee Benefits Specialist

Anne & Her Husband Steve Live in PA. She has two Wonderful Boys (Earl & Eb-Fur Babies) She loves to watch the birds at her feeders in the Backyard.

In her spare time, she loves Planting Flowers & Walking their Dogs

She has worked along with her Sister Maria for 14 yrs & counting.

Anne is Life and Health licensed and has been with Dana Insurance for 14 years after working in the field of self-funding.

She takes great pride in not only her work but in caring for the elderly and those in need.
